A variety of fitness classes have been carefully designed for every fitness level to move at a safe progression. Whether you are a rookie or a pro each class will build lean muscle, burn fat and have you walking out the door a stronger individual. Classes range from 45-60 minutes. Therapeutic Yoga is a gentle class focusing on breath work, relaxation, and stress relief through slow and mindful movements utilizing props such as blankets, chairs, or blocks for support.
Join the party! Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio dance class. The calories will melt away while you lose yourself in the music. Each class features easy to follow dance steps inspired by Salsa, Merengue, Flamenco, Tango, and Samba.
