What is the cost?

Pricing for the conference is dependent upon your credentials, the days you choose to attend, and when you register.

MD/DO/DC:

  • Friday – $475 ($400)
  • Saturday – $300 ($225)
  • Both days – $550 ($475)

PT/ATC/RN/PA/OA/Fellow/Resident/Other:

  • Friday – $400 ($325)
  • Saturday – $270 ($195)
  • Both days – $450 ($375)

Why do I need to create an account to register?

By creating an account, we will be able to track your attendance at all TRIA sponsored courses. Please note when creating your account, the email address provided during registration will be used for future log-ins.

What happens if I forget my log-in information?

A forgotten password can be reset within the registration system with the email address that was provided. Please select “Click here for lost password” on the cart log-in page. If you have forgotten the account email address, please contact the TRIA Institute.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds will be issued for all cancellations received 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Half of the registration fee will be refunded for all cancellations received 7 to 13 days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 6 days of the course. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of credit card refunds and 90 days for delivery of check refunds. Our preferred method of delivering refunds is by credit card.

Dress for the Friday portion of the conference is business casual.  On Saturday, attendees may wear comfortable clothing to move about in labs.

Exhibitors

The fee for an exhibit table in the designated display area at the Hilton Hotel details are below. This area will be open to attendees on February 7th beginning at 6:00am. There will also be a reception immediately following the course on Friday evening. A signed Exhibitor Agreement will be required from all companies who arrange for a display table.

In accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), there must be a separation of education and promotion within any educational activity that bears AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.

Also, exhibits must not interfere – or in any way compete with – the learning experience. For those portions of the course eligible for CME credit, the faculty will be in the role of leading the class presentations with an emphasis on medical procedures, approaches, and techniques.

*Please note, our policy states that in order to claim credit, all vendors and attendees must have an individual registration completed for the event.

Educational Grants

The ACCME guidelines and Standards for Commercial Support will be applied to all matters related to the course design, development, and delivery. A signed Letter of Agreement (LOA) is required for all companies who elect to provide an educational grant to the course. The LOA spells out the necessary requirements for purposes of accreditation.
