Alan Markman, MD

Sports Medicine Orthopedic Physician

I am a fellowship-trained sports medicine non-operative orthopedic physician specializing in injuries of the shoulder and knee. I’ve worked with athletes at all ages and levels. I had the opportunity to provide sports medicine and orthopedic care for collegiate and professional athletes as the former Team Physician for the Minnesota Vikings and Gustavus Aldolphus College. As a physician it’s important to listen to my patients and try to understand their unique needs. I am currently the Chairman of the Ambulatory Surgery Center and the Innovation Committee here at TRIA.
