John Schultz should be commended on his ability to comfort, console and encourage a patient. I was upset to hear I needed a knee procedure on my opposite side so soon after the other. John came around from his side of the desk to console me - he did not forget how important the element of empathy is I am an RN and to see this in a specialist such as orthopaedics was quite nice. Thank you! - John W.
Earlier this month I went in for an appointment for my foot at TRIA. It was my first experience at TRIA and I was very impressed. I met with five different staff members: check-in, insurance reg, the rooming staff, my provider (John Shultz) and the reStore clerk and all of them were very warm, welcoming and informative. I appreciate that there was a concierge at the front desk to tell me where to check in as it is a large location and I would have likely wandered around for a long time figuring out where I needed to go.
The rooming staff and my provider were very kind and seem genuinely interested in my issues. I received a prompt diagnosis and a clear set of instructions regarding the next steps of my care and left the office feeling confident that I can manage my condition, and I have a support system. I wanted to let the TRIA staff and leadership know what an excellent experience I had and to commend all of the individuals I went with for their top-notch care and hospitality. - Danielle S
