Personalized physical therapy to rebuild your strength and mobility

When you play sports or lead an active lifestyle, injuries can disrupt the things that you’re most passionate about. Our team of experts is here to work with you one-on-one to assess any limitations in strength and mobility, in order to create an effective treatment plan.

Our physical therapists treat patients of all ages and physical abilities. Whether you’re an amateur skier who wants to get back to the slopes or are recovering from a knee replacement surgery, we can help. We use the latest physical therapy techniques and equipment to decrease pain and accelerate healing. We’ll focus on your goals, help you achieve the highest level of function and get you back to doing what you love.

"Surgery was very smooth, and recovery was made as smooth as possible. Best thing was booking the first several physical therapy sessions right away to make sure I got in as quick after the surgery as recommended."

How physical therapy works

Physical therapy is a type of treatment that uses exercise, manual therapy and education to manage pain and heal injuries. Strengthening muscles in and around an injured area helps support the tissue and takes pressure off the injury. It also improves the function of your body, enabling you to move more comfortably and confidently so you can get back to your usual routines.

Our board-certified physical therapists will evaluate your condition and talk with you about your treatment goals. Then we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan with exercises that target your areas of concern. We’ll also show you how to perform daily tasks and athletic skills safely without causing pain or reinjury.

Physical therapy can be used to treat any part of the body. We commonly recommend physical therapy for treating sprains and strains, muscle tears, tendonitis and other conditions that cause pain. We also use physical therapy to help people recover and regain strength after surgery.

Our physical therapy programs

As we work together to build a treatment plan, we have a variety of physical therapy programs to help you recover and feel confident returning to your activities. Programs we commonly recommend include:

Aquatic therapy

Aquatic therapy enables you to exercise in the gentle, healing environment of a pool while you’re recovering from an injury or surgery. Water exercises are less stressful on the joints while you build your muscles and improve endurance.

Blood Flow Restriction

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is a technique that limits blood flow to injured muscles while exercising. This helps manage pain, repair tissues and rebuild muscle more efficiently than exercise alone. BFR can be used to treat almost any injury.

Dry needling

Dry needling is a treatment that uses thin needles to stimulate your body’s natural healing abilities. It’s called “dry” needling because there is no medicine in the needles.
